February is the month of love – but we always seem to focus on romantic love and show that love to others because of Valentine’s Day.
I say we change that and focus on some much-needed self-love!
So to celebrate #FebSelfLove I challenge you to find one thing about yourself that you love and write it down every single day!
I did this exercise two years ago, and it worked wonders in my life.
Even better, others will notice this positive and loving vibe coming from you and show you even more love!
Love breeds abundance, so start shifting your life today!
So do yourself a favor and forget that it’s winter, all cold and snowy (depending on where you are!) and indulge in some much-needed self-love! Time to get everything back on track again and prepare yourself for the big changes of spring!

Day one of Love: I love my persistence and dedication to writing. I’ve grown so much as a writer over the past three years of consistently writing. I’m grateful that no matter what I have going on in my life, I always find time to write something every single day – whether it’s on my iPhone, tablet, notebook, scrap paper or computer.
